1. A dry stout (maris otter, a little munich, some chocolate, black patent, oats and a bunch of fuggles)

2. A ginger saison with late addition sorachi ace hops

3. An IIPA chock full of amarillo, centennial and cascades

Those all sound really good right now. I am leaving work early to go indulge and not going back until the 3rd.

I'm doing a sweet stout this weekend, and my first IPA just after Christmas. So either sounds good right now!

looks like IIPA is winning.

maybe i'll brew the IIPA AND the stout.

a lb of oats you say?

Here's the IIPA i'm thinking of:
16 lbs Maris Otter
2 lbs Munich
1 lbs C60
1 lbs Victory

Amarillo 9.6AAU @ FWH
Cascade 7.2AAU @ 90
Willamette 5.2AAU @ 60
Amarillo 9.6AAU @ 20
Cascade 7.2AAU @ 15
Willamette 5.2AAU @ 10
Amarillo 9.6AAU @ 5
Cascade 7.2AAU @ Flameout

Dry hop with 2 oz each Amarillo and Cascade

All of those sound good, but I love a good beer with ginger in it!

Any way you go, I don't think you can go wrong with those choices though!
