So, before long, my wild yeast will be built up and ready to try in a batch.

I'd like to do a 4 gallon batch of something somewhat "plain" so I can get an idea of the yeast flavors.

Doing 4 gallons so I can split it up into two gallon batches as I have two wild yeast samples to try.

Something easy peasy.

Just 2 row to achieve your desired OG and then a small bittering charge of hops. Go for maybe 10-15 IBUs in a 1.050 OG beer.
