I am almost finished with my brew stand and I am trying to figure out what propane regulator to use with the BG14 to get the best BTU's with the least amount of propane use. I'm using 2 maybe 3 burners and I want to use a manifold with one regulator and a needle valve for each burner. Any suggestions on regulators?

I use the 0-40 psi regulator with the same configuration you're making. I keep the regulator wide open and use each needle valve to control the flame right at the burner. I can dial it very, very low, but beyond a certain point the airflow won't be right through the venturi tube, and the oxygen mix doesn't happen properly and the flame jumps into the venturi tube. But I can keep it low enough to keep my hot liquor at 170F without dropping or climbing.
