I have found my error. I have been calculating the waterbill all wrong. You have to calculate your gravity for the watervolume before trub and hop remove and after shrinkage. For me thats a sg of 1,0477 at 22 liters instead of 20 liters. Since i calculate 10% waterloss for trub and hops
