I currently have 4 1/2lbs of blossom honey and a 5 litre demijohn. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what mead recipe would be good for me? there seems to be loads but most are for 1 US gallon which is 3.7 litres.
I tried a simple mead recipe a few months back and it turned out nice but unfortunately I have forgot the recipe so unsure if the 2kg / 4 1/2 lbs of honey is enough for a 5 litre batch.
Any ideas would be great.
