What kind of coupler is this?

hello, this passed weekend I picked up some older corny kegs and draft supplies from a friend. The one thing I'm curious about is this coupler. I feel it's probably some sort of brewery keg style but I can't find anything about it
It says micromatic B6 on the side

Looks like a d coupler with the inner gasket missing.

Yeah it's your typical Sanke D coupler (if you've ever gotten a commercial keg with hand pump, it uses this type).
