one version is like brick-pack mexican marijuana... you get a huge block of yeasties that you crumble apart.

NO, you can't smoke yeast cakes, silly! it's a prerequisite to being born-n-raised in cali.... one has to know the difference between good/healthy yeast and useless/dead yeast.
