What is this? I found it floating around when I was transferring

I was transferred to the keg when I found a couple of these floating in the beer. It is hard and rubbery... I don't think I've ever seen this before. Could it be a grain husk? It's about the size of a piece of rice.

I've also included a pic with the beer in the fermenter before transferring. Does the surface look fine? I see like little tiny pools of oil like substance. Is that hop oils?

I would think if it was larva it would have broken apart easily.

Yeah. But I didn't use rice hulls. I think it might have been a grain will that escaped from the mash ton and found it's way into the fermenter.
