What is Maris Otter blend from Muntons?

I've purchased 50lb bags of maris otter before from crisp, but last time I bought a bag all they had was muntons. When I got home I noticed the bag label said Whole Pale Malt(Maris Otter blend) What exactly do I have? I would imagine its much like the "olive oil blend" you see in stores, which means I've probably got 95% pale 2 row and 5% maris otter.

The blend is supposed to be better. I think it's about 70% Maris Otter and 30% other grains lower in nitrogen to eliminate haze.
