My SCOBY has a growth on top of it that looks like a tent..? It doesn't look to me like a new scabby, but what do I know. I'll add a picture below.

Some background;

This is my second batch of booch. The first batch went off without a hitch and I had no problems. I use a large continuous brew vessel and started this brew with the baby from my last batch (on bottom). A healthy SCOBY has grown on top of the liquid, and when I checked in on it today, I noticed this thin membrane growing that seems to float like a tent, and lots of yeast strands as well. It has been brewing since 4/14. My home is a study 72ish degrees, and the brew vessel is in my kitchen in a dark corner on the counter. I brewed with green tea this time.

Any ideas? Is this just a normal thing? I couldn't find anything on google that resembled it when I looked, but I don't even know what to search for.

It's a new one to me, but my guess would be that it's a layer that grew between the two, and got stretched when the one sank. I'd tear a bit off and see if it feels like a regular scoby.
