Might be a fun thread to give the rest of us ideas.

I'm fairly sure i'm doing a 10 gallon wheat batch and splitting it

6lb - 2row
12lb - white wheat

.5oz herkules @60
.25 lemon drop @30
.75 lemon drop @15
1 lemon drop @5

should be 1.060 and about 20 IBUs or so

(hoping it'll turn out more like a shandy-esc heff without having to add any lemonade)

1st 5 gallons is getting the mangrove jacks M20 Bavarian heff

2nd 5 gallons is getting US-05 and then i'm going to rack it off onto a box of cap'n crunch, because why not... i like to do things wacky on NHBD and my bday.

What are you brewing up??

Idk...I have to do the new recipe of my whiskely stout & the Burton ale for my 2nd HB book. Probably the stout. Got more work to do on the gruits for the mumme.

Not brewing this year. On May 2 there is a big boxing match....Mayweather VS Pacquiao. Since the wife is from the Philippines, there is going to be a big party...which equals food and beer.
I already brewed the beer, but I will be doing BBQ all day long!:ban:
