I recently tried a brew and used brewing sugar (1 KG) but have looked into it a lot more and seen many different ideas. I was wondering what difference there is in tastes and set in using different ingredients.

I used a light lager kit (wilko) and is ok but am looking to get a taste similar to Miller, Budweiser or Stella. Not so keen on Heineken type beers. Any ideas on kits would be wonderful

Do not put any sugar in your lager. If your kit calls for it, that is a very good indication that you are buying very low quality kits. If you can't get those locally, check out the recipe section here and just buy the ingredients separately.

More importantly, are you really set up to lager? You'll need to be able to ferment way below room temps and then store the entire fermenter at cold temps.

Using the brew enhancer with the spray malt will give the beer a little more body and a slightly higher final gravity, than with just using the sugar. From doing some reading on "Jim's Beer Kit" it seems a lot of people go with the spray malt.

If you do go with the DME, then use the "plain" (un-hopped) extra light. That's what I use in my hybrid lager recipes.
