Hi all,

I've recently purchased a 15 gallon kettle that I've brewed a few batches with on my propane burner and absolutely love it so far. One of the selling features listed when I bought this kettle was that it also happens to be induction compatible. As such, I've started to explore the possibility of moving my brewing inside during the winter months, which can be somewhat nasty here in Canada. As I'm looking at all of the different induction cookers available online, I'm a little unsure which would really work best for brewing all-grain batches.

Basically, I'm just wondering which induction cookers other people are using for their setups, and how they like them?

Thanks for the replies everybody!

I haven't gone induction yet, but I do plan to within the next year or so.
I'm planning on the 3000 watt route - probably the IC3500 as mentioned on a couple other threads. I will need to route 220v outlets for it, but that's not a huge deal.
From what I understand, for full boils, you really want the 3000 watt versions; the 1800 just don't have enough oomph to handle 6+ gallons pre boil.
I was thinking about an 1800 for strike water and so forth, but really, why bother.
My rig will likely be 2 IC3500s, I'll be using my current kettles as HLT, and get a new boil kettle, probably 8 or 10 gallon.
I do know there are a couple threads here already about induction, you may want to read through those.
