Made a bacon consommé to be added to my barrel aged imperial maple brown ale at bottling
I sent my wife to the LHBS for ingredients for tonight's brew session.
Thought about how I gotta get this chocolate milk stout out of the primary after 5 weeks and into a keg. Then didn't. Maybe tomorrow!?
...I have a mash tun full of grains that's been sitting for almost a week...

Have a few things to fugure out but this is pretty cool.
Boy that should be ripe by now.
I'd be afraid to open it up.
