I got 5 gallons of a Belgian Blond kegged and on the CO2. Now I am ready for some football! :mug:

Bought too much of it.. Gotta slow down since i am brewing a decent amount of it at the same time. I need to start drinking more or give more away...or both.ImageUploadedByHome Brew1391391760.368950.jpg

Finally killed a keg of Black Metal Stout clone I've had on since early November.

I got some more bottles to wash from yesterday. Cleaned the dust off the bottles in my collection & re-arranged them. I need to get some shelves to show the rest.

Placed the Alaskan Amber Clone into a cooler room. Brewed it up yesterday and it is already fermenting like crazy. It's in our "Northern European" climate room.

Ordered a canning rack to place in my brewpot so as not to scorch my new BIAB bag. Also kegged my Kolsch and set it up for lagering.

Last night I took the two kicked kegs of stout out of the keezer, put in a keg of cream ale and a keg of citra IPA, and cleaned up the lines which were beginning to look like spaghetti. Today, I have to do some plumbing on the house to fix a misbehaving shower (wont turn all the way off) and then its time to clean kegs and transfer 10 gallons into them to carb. It is nice having a pipeline again.

Maybe I can find the time, and keg/house cleaning and maintenance tasks cooperate, I might be able to brew up a batch this weekend (Tomorrow or Saturday) as well.

Technically what I did for mead. Picked up some blowoff tubing and some EC-1118 at AHS, then watched a bunch of videos including interviews with Michael Fairbrother and Curt Stock. I think I'm ready for my first mead this weekend.

Nice man good luck. Going with a traditional? Show? Melomel?

I brewed a 5 gallon All grain batch of IPA, same grain bill I always use, but with different hop combo's every time. This time I boiled for 90 mins, to see how different it is from a 60 min boil. Im hoping for a slightly darker color, and a more pronounced bitterness. I'll upload pic's later...

Placed a *HUGE* order at farmhouse brewing for my next four batches. Almost pulled the trigger on a faucet and all needed parts from the faucet to the keg, but I need money for valentine's day. Good things come to those who wait. Either way, the 2014 pipeline will soon start.

Brewed up a hefeweizen. Trying to dial in a recipe that suits swmbo the best before the rehearsal dinner. I think this one might be a winner!

Rescued my lager and a small batch of cider which had started to freeze in the lagering fridge. Sheesh.

Then I worked through the Bru'n Water calculations for the patersbier that I will hopefully brew next weekend.

I had 2/3's of the bottle tree loaded with dried bottles,so I sat down to put them away in my 12 pack/case boxes. Then I thought,"Hey! I got more bottles than I've ever been able to use,so I decided to weed out the Sam Adams bottles". Weeded out 8/12 pack boxes worth, leaving the plain craft bottles & German ones. Along with a smattering of Michelobe bottles made to look like the old fused-neck style. I got two big boxes of cleaned, yet to be de-labeled craft bottles to add. so I have 4 cases worth of SA bottles for whoever wants them. Drinking some Columbus Brewing Co IPA atm.

Bottled and labeled my rye saison, conditioning with brett c.
I now have over 200 bottles in my closet...
Oh and I'm brewing a helles tomorrow.

Just got the boil rolling on my first solo recipe, an amber ale. I love this hobby...

Just took a gravity reading on the black IPA. No change in a week, which is not good. Apparent attenuation is stopped at 69.5%, and it should be 72-76%. We've got to start using yeast starters regularly.
