I'm trying to set up pilot lights for my burners. The burners i have are these:

3-Ring Burner (natural gas) - CHINESE WOK RANGES - RANGES - COOKING EQUIPMENT - EQUIPMENT

I was hoping to just pipe them and not fit them with needle valves. I have 1/8 inch brass pipe with caps on them. I was planning to drill 6 small holes in the cap, one on each flat of the hex head, along the lines of the Brutus 10 pilot lights. Does anyone know from experience or engineering what hole size I should drill?

You'll still need needle valves to bring the pressure low enough. Try using a #67 bit and work your way up from there.
