As far as hop scheduling, you will see recipes say "put in at 0 min"
Maybe this is a stupid question but...What exactly does this mean? I know it means throw them in at flameoff but how long do you leave them in? Do you put them in and leave them in the wort until its cooled, then remove right before dumping into the fermenter or do you leave them in the fermenter as like you would if you're dry hopping?
