Probably, but I guess they could mean Double Imperial India Pale Ale

here is a pic of what my 1 gallon batch looks like. It has 3 oz of different hops in it. centennial, cascade, and galaxy.

Yes it is totally okay except for total lack of headspace. Best have a blow off tube.

Do you think there might be a chance the ctopper will blow off. I'm constantly checking it to make sure it doesnt get blocked up by any of the dry hops i put in.

Dry hops should be added after fermentation is complete otherwise a lot of those delicious aromas will be blown out the airlock.
