I'm going to be brewing this on friday and I was looking for some input. I'm going for a really hoppy (hence all the chinook additions) but crisp/dry.

14 lbs 2-row
1 lbs dextrose
8 oz crystal 40

60 min 2 oz chinook
45 min 1oz chinook
30 min 1oz chinook
15 min 1 oz chinook
1 min 1 oz chinook
probably some dry hopping too

mash @ 152
efficiency ~ 70%

cali yeast

Thanks everyone :fro:

I've always found that using several different types of hops gives a better, more intense nose. My 3CPA uses five hops, three of them for dry hopping.

not a bad idea, the only reason i used all chinook is because i have a bunch i need to use, but i do have some cenntenial and cascade left over, maybe i'll use those for late additions and dry hopping.
