I'm planning to brew my version of the Boondock Stout with this recipe:

.5 lb Crystal 120 Malt
.5 lb Muntons Chocolate Malt
.5 lb Muntons Black Roasted Malt

7 lb light LME
8 oz Maltodextrin

WLP 004 Irish Ale Yeast

1 oz Fuggles at 60 min
1 oz Kent Goldings at 20 min

I think this should be dark enough and have the right content. I figured it doesn't matter that I'm using light LME due to the dark grains. I want this as black as possible while not having to much coffee flavor. Let me know what you guys think.
