what do you do the the low OG wart left over?

I have about 3 gal that drained out of my mash tun after I was done with it. it was pretty low on the gravity reading. I did not want to dump it because it looked and smelled so good. What can I do with it??

Boil it with some hops and ferment it. Might be crap, but might be a nice session beer.

Boil it down to 2 gal or so and see if you can increase the OG with the hops as posted above.

Boil it down to 1.040 and save it for starters.

I thought about boiling it down and pressure canning it. but it's 10:30pm and I just finished rigging up my blow offs for the night.

Make bread, or add onions and spices and boil some brats.

Throw it in the fridge, and tomorrow add some DME/LME and make another beer.
