What do I need

I stupidly bought a 50l jacketed (but not insulated so no glycerol) stainless steel fermenter without researching enough.

What other equipment do I need.

It's going to be hard to sparge enough hot water so I was thinking to sparge with cooler water.

Do I need another carboy or pot or can I somehow get away with trying to do everything in the one fermenter.

Please be nice because I already know I'm an idiot

It's jacketed so you can use glycol. Do you have a chiller? If not you should buy one or build a diy. The diy route is what I did . Simple and cheaper .

So, is this the only equipment you own right now? Because if so you're definitely missing quite a few things.
