I recently bottled three gallons of cider that contains one pound of DME and one pound of Caramelized honey.
I'm getting ready to label it but I'm not sure what to call it.

Is it a graf? or does apple graf require it to be closer to beer? ( More malt and hops?)
I dont believe its a cyser. ( To be a mead it requires at least half of its fermentable sugar to come from honey? )

Does it fall into either of those categories or is it just cider with malt and honey?

I have seen folks here calling it craff and braggocyser but really you can call it whatever you like as it isn't any particular style. If it tastes good, I would call it delicious ...
