I hook-up the topping with cilantro, parsley, garlic, salt, pepper and olive oil. No need to measure anything. Just make the topping however you like.
A wonderful thing happened I ran out of propane while I was heating the grill and it went out when I was right there. Way better than during grilling!

Mmmm...steak with krauterbutter. Nice!Grilled ribeye with hobo pouches of Yukon gold potatoes, carrots, and onion. Steak was finished with an herb compound butter.
