Don't ask what my idea was for this brew... there was quite a bit of homebrew consumed before, during after. It was a "This is what I got...lets throw it all in there" situation.

What you think this will taste like?

I made a Citra wheat last month that turned out pretty tasty. Hope this is drinkable!

If you're lucky, it might taste like a white IPA. I think the crystal might add too much maltiness, though. It's going to feel like a mouthful, for sure. But I guess that depends on the batch size? How big is it?

Yeah, what yeast? Could be a Belgian Wit Pale Ale, but I think a lot depends on yeast.
