Easy one. Is my brew still conditioning after cold crash, gelatin clearing and sitting in a keg at 34 deg. 30 days total so far.
What condition my condition is in

it really depends on what style it is. If it is a light yellow beer it might be at it's best now. If it is a heavy or strong beer it might need quite a bit longer.
