So Fall/Winter is coming, and it is my favorite time to brew. No lawn chores, no sweating, just sitting in the garage, sipping homebrew around a warm burner, listening to good music.

So a bit ambitious, but here is my fall/winter list:

10g Helles
5g mead with tart cherries
5g mead with agave and lime
5g melomel
5g Mosaic Ale
5g Toasted Coconut Robust Porter (I plan to oak this one)
5g Bourbon Creme Stout

I'll probably come up with another thing or two, but this list should keep me busy for awhile.

What do you guys have in the 'pipeline'?

I def want to do an Oktoberfest beer this year, and I also saw a post about a peppermint chocolate stout that sounded good for the holidays. In addition to that I want to try a Modern Times beer clone I posted about earlier, and maybe a amarillo and citra IPA.

I'm brewing an Oktoberfest on Sunday, then starting my rotation of Blood Orange Hefeweizen, Citrus APA, my AIPA, then probably another batch of Czech Pale Lager, and may sneak a Porter or Stout in somewhere, even though I don't really drink them much.

Next two on my list are a big double IPA and possibly a saison - undecided on that one. I need to go through a bit of homebrew first though... 1.5 5 gallon batches are still sitting in my basement because my roommates don't drink my beer fast enough.

I have 2 browns, 2 pales and a Russian Imperial Stout. I have 5 recipes started in Beersmith. When my next brewday arrives, I will probably decide to do something else........

I think it is time to do another lager. But then again......

Next up is an Irish red, then a saison and a clone of Westvleteren 12.

Last batch of 12 I brewed was split with a buddy. This one will be all mine!! Bwahahahaha....!!

A pumpkin ale for fall and a chocolate milk stout for winter. Also want to get a nice heavy ipa for winter
