Swung by a new brewery to me. They opened their new/second location in the town next to ours. The winter warmer won gold this year & the scotch ale won bronze in the NYS craft beer competition. Not my favorite styles but had to try them.

Cleared out some old Mortalis fruited sours. Started off as juice, then fruit purée and last a thick @$$ smoothie!! For being old cans (two with dates in October) they seem to have held up ok in the beer fridge.

HB Best Bitter. This has really cleared and tastes great. I have my kegerator at 56 degrees because I’m using it to ferment a lager while this is on tap. This is at the perfect temp

I guess somehow it’s legally beer because the can says it, but it’s clear and tastes like a beer flavored La Croix. It’s not bad with low expectations and I can have a few without feeling guilty.
