Tearing into some today. Debating to buy a can seamer or not?

Drink more beers and eventually you won’t be worried… it’s only money.:drunk:

Your not much of a conscience for me!😉. I almost bought one last year on here about 2 hours away and it was already sold when I contacted the member.

I saw one posted on here a few days ago and he’s an hour or less from me so I checked Craigslist to see if it was posted there and it just happened that there was another one practically next door to him cheaper and included 200 12oz cans and 150 16oz cans. Do I need it? No. Do I want it? Yes!

Just sent him an email with an offer. We will see what happens!!

I have a feeling it will be an early bedtime tonight!

Trying to scratch that Belgian itch with a quad aged on cognac soaked raisins and cinnamon from a now defunct brewery. The age on this bottle is not entirely known but I’m pretty sure it was at the least pre-covid. Unfortunately, there was essentially no carb and it just tasted like a Belgian syrup.

Now this is much better. 2020 Vintage and oh-so-delicious!

Sorry… double post. I’ve been having trouble with HBT locking up so I push the “post reply” button several times when it stalls and I double and triple post. Anyone else getting “server down” messages lately?
I got it recently. I believe you can use the Report button and specify as double post. Then a mod will delete it

Just tested to make sure these were worth hooking up to kegerator.

@j1laskey 's Strong Ale which he has been so gracious with providing info and guidance on variations of. I follow the "Shipwrecked" theme which is fairly popular and throw in the Hummingbirds as the rum I use is from Trinidad and Tobago, which has numerous species of the bird. The rum that I use (Zaya) also has a hummingbird on the label.

@Yooper 's Oatmeal Stout which..I mean..c'mon. It's Yooper, she's awesome and this turned out great...even though I think I didn't follow the recipe exact. I either added the correct amount of Black Barley...or I doubled it. I decided to measure out all the grains myself when I went to LHBS and I wasn't keeping very good track (as in checking off as I went) so..??

They both need a wee bit more carbonation, but that is easily fixed.

Love Chimay! Also try St. Bernardus if you haven't yet

For $20 at Costco for a case, I’ll definitely keep the beer fridge stocked with these. Nothing great but a nice session ipa.

From time to time, it hits home again. We homebrewers actually won. With our cobbled together breweries we took on BudMillerCoors and we came out on top.

Citra Session IPA at Costco. I get that it's been a thing for a while now, but every once in a while it really sinks in again (a couple pints of HB stout is useful for facilitating this renewed wonder). All the same, we won!

We didn't just win, we beat 'em to pulp. :bigmug:
