Too many years of high power rifles and pistols when I was young and dumb. Growing up on a farm driving old machinery and 11 years in a metal fabrication shop didn’t help either.

I always appreciate seeing pictures of any of the dark beers you do. The tightness of the bubbles tells me just how well it was made and how smooth the mouthfeel will be regardless of the size of the beer. They seriously look great man!

A couple friends from my homebrew club have opened their own brewery. Well, soft open today anyway. Stopped after work to check them out. First pint, (below), was a brown ale. Quite good. Next up was a blonde ale which was not so good in my opinion. I picked up on an off flavor, diacetyl I believe. Hopefully just some growing pains and they'll get it figured out soon.
