Boulevard barrel-aged something-something-whatever-I don't really care anymore. I buy it all the time. It's decent. Incidentally, it's the model of bike I ride.
Baked chicken time. Going at it from a 500°F angle. Seems counterintuitive but the NYT recipe with 5K upvotes says otherwise. This is a duplicate photo and is also on HBT's cooking channel. I put everything I could think of in the seasoning except dirt.
