Single malt Irish. Aged in oak casks which previously held sherry. The flavors of oak and fruit are definitely there.

I missed an opportunity! The cute new Waitr..., uh, "Server" at Bubba's brought me a Bell's 2-hearted with my guacamole bacon cheeseburger for lunch today
(Monday is burger special day there). W/ tater tots! Didn't even think of a pic.
I just cooked up a 2-hearted clone Saturday, bubbling away, hope it's even close.
 
I made this holiday brew with Kveik lager yeast. It’s SO tastes like Christmas. 3 base malts with some cara II, 2 cinnamon sticks and 2 zested oranges. Added some molasses to bump it up to 7%. Christmas means stay home at my place!
