Just do like @bracconiere and keep track of all the carbs, calories, protein, etc.and pace yourself and you can squeeze in 10-12 a day.

on a serious note, it works good! been doing it for 12 years, and i CAN do push ups, pull ups, not that i actually do!

i can teach you how to do it in a few hours, but it would take a few months for you to use what i teach to invent your own diet.

edited for clarity! :mug:

Keeping track of everything seems like a lot of work. The healthy keto concept w/supplements is easy and more my style. I just pee in a cup to see if Im still in ketosis. Probably not after today but after Wednesday, the last cheat day, I was still in moderate Ketosis. Getting the hang of it. Still have to enjoy what one loves, aka craft beer, right?

not really, just a quick trip past the kitchen scale, and an entry into my program....the program does most of the actual work for me.

but i know it's not for everyone. honestly, the only reason i started doing it was to cut my grocery bill down! losing weight and keeping it off, was just a bonus!

After beginning at 8AM on Saturday, fixing concrete between the front porch and the sidewalk leading to the driveway, spraying to kill moss on the downstairs walkout, sweeping the drain in the downstairs walkout (believe me it doesn't take much to clog), patching, sanding and painting the wall with my collections of brewery glasses (I'm moving them a bit tighter together to fit a 3rd display row of glasses and a row of tap handles), I'm now enjoying my homebrewed Victory Prima Pils, relaxing and enjoying the posts at HBT.
