Ordered a new heating element for the old smoker, so had to improvise today with oven/grilled ribs today. And finishing the No Worries WCIPA from Belching Beaver.

Experiment with liquids of different densities! Brings me back to the 1990s Bass/Guinness "Black and Tan" days.
Can't brew an IPA without one. Still working on hop schedule but looking at Columbus, Simcoe, Citra and Mosaic. Hard to go wrong.

Never a dull moment at the Funny Farm. One our dogs got stung from a previous unknown hornets nets. Anyway ipa is done not as planned. Poor pup is on benadryl.
Time for some home made Pizza! Wife made the dough so feeling authentic. Son made his famous, Knock Me Out, margaritas. Kinda a perfect day except for the poor puppy.

HB Blonde after helping my son put a fuel pump and a starter in his Suburban. Those jobs didn’t used to require 2 people and most of the tools in the shop.
Located a bottled Chocolate/Raspberry Imperial Stout. Held up good.
Local Pilsner.
Local beer called Gosebusters.
Orange, Tangerine, Sea Salt, Coriander, Marshmallow, Vanilla, and lactose fruited sour.
Wasn't sure about a fruited marshmallow gose, but it works and is honestly one of the most interesting beers I've had in a while.
