Sucking down some after work HBs.
Gin/Lime Gose then samples of the latest 7.5% stout. Half straight, other half with raspberry/chocolate extract. So far so good. Yeast was S-04 so usually takes a while to settle in. R/C stout is surprisingly decent.

Big Sky Oatmeal Stout. “Slow Elk” are what elk hunters call cattle.
Hb kolsch.. this beer is really fantastic, this pour was the end of keg 1, Luckily for me I have 2 more to go.
Called in tonight because one of the cats is having a tough time after being knocked out for dental work this morning. Poor guy.

Yup its definitely Vanilla forward! lol. Its great but would like more of the coffee roast to balance the sweetness some for my taste. Definitely does not taste boozy at all for an 11.5%er, just the slightest of warmth on the end of the palate. This is a variation of their standard "Big Big Trouble" imperial stout. I prefer the standard recipe or the "Big Mocha Trouble" more but this is still solid. Pretty damn thick!

Zero Issue Brewing is really rocking it right now.. awesome beers. The 'Innsmouth', a Mango-Passionfruit Sour...not too sweet, not too sour..just right. Nice!

HB Munich-in-Tents brewed like a Marzen but with a second run on a batch of Wyeast 2112. At this rate, I won't have any left for Oktober...

First pull of my HB NEIPA. Huell Melon, Sabro, and Falconers Flight right at 6% Still young so hopefully time will do it justice

Not a huge fan of lagers but I am somewhat of a new fan of spelt. Sounds interesting.
Enjoyable and crushable. I think this is my new favorite Super Session.
