Miller High Life on the left, my beer on the right. I was happy with how mine cleared, but it shows what filtration does for you. We as homebrewers don’t really have great filtration options. I am still happy with this. This is 5 days in the keg.

That's still pretty damn clear. And I'm sure it tastes better!
 
Sucking down some after work HBs.

Gin/Lime Gose then samples of the latest 7.5% stout. Half straight, other half with raspberry/chocolate extract. So far so good. Yeast was S-04 so usually takes a while to settle in. R/C stout is surprisingly decent.

Yup its definitely Vanilla forward! lol. Its great but would like more of the coffee roast to balance the sweetness some for my taste. Definitely does not taste boozy at all for an 11.5%er, just the slightest of warmth on the end of the palate. This is a variation of their standard "Big Big Trouble" imperial stout. I prefer the standard recipe or the "Big Mocha Trouble" more but this is still solid. Pretty damn thick!
