First Run DIPA from Blind Dog Brewing in my neighborhood at the local bicycle shop.

Homebrew Oatcream IPA.
50% 2-row, 50% malted oats.
1 pound Lactose.
7.5% abv.
8 ounces Citra, 8 ounces Nelson.
1 oz. at 15, 1 oz. at 5, 4 oz. at 160 whirlpool, 10 oz. dry hop

We had those for Valentine’s Day dinner, along with some shrimp in Parmesan Alfredo pasta and a salad.

In a little while, after dinner has settled, we’ll have some of this peach pie.
