Having a HB Belgian right now. May or may not rake the last bit of leaves. Temperature and wind are good.

Here's the tried and true recipe I use. Just substitute fruits w/strawberry. I'd still add the Brewers Best exact tho. Gives it a nice flavor pop.

Because of the large mashes required for RIS's and barleywines, I made a mash tun from a 65 quart cooler. I call it the MonsterMash. So far, I've only filled it up halfway!

This is 11.7 gallons and has 28lbs of grain with a qt/lb thickness. Could take a little more water but then would have to boil longer...2 he already

Probably not advisable but I'm going for round two of my 13.6% ABV Tripel, Final Absolution clone. I think it could be legitimately labeled "Eighteen Feet Under" (because it's a Tripel) or "Driver's Bane."
I did end up raking the leaves. They were actually a piece of cake since they weren't piled feet deep on the lawn.

At the city house. HB is in short supply (one 6-pack of HB CC left) so drinking what remains in the beer fridge. Dragon’s Breath is one of my favorites.
