Did you barrel it or age it on bourbon soaked oat chips? Been really thinking of aging my stout somehow for the spirit barrel component

I love that beer. Sometimes I think I may be a bit bias but I really don’t find much difference between them and those considered the top for the style.

That was bourbon soaked oak cubes. Got real tannic, think I’d boil the cubes and then soak them next time
