Hoppy, I'm feeling sympathy for you. I hate being polite, and especially in an environment where I can't swear freely. So, I'm going to drink one for you! Do you prefer tripel, RIS, quadrupel, or Scotch ale? All I have available at the moment.

For my next RIS, I'm preparing tinctures of vanilla bean and cinnamon. Has anybody tried cinnamon in a RIS yet?

First pour from the Tavour box that FINALLY came in! This is excellent! The easiest drinking 10.4 ABV I've ever experienced. This beer is great! The Tavour experience, however, SUCKED.

IF ONLY! I'm flush again after several years of poverty. Retirement fund should be built back up by 2073. Heck, I'll only be 112. I figure with good beer I should be able to pull that off.

Don't you live like 20miles from Tavour?? They're always late to Austin compared to their estimates.

HB kveik session IPA. Definitely making this again! Smasher at 4.5% tart with some sweetness and lots of citrus. Digging the cashmere motueka combo!

You need to hit up Mad Mex. it’s a burrito chain. Right now they have the Gobblerito. It’s thanksgiving dinner in a burrito. You won’t be disappointed!

I love Mad Mex. Won’t have time this visit. Did go to Pork & Beans downtown for some good BBQ.

Some bottles and draft selection at OH Roc tomorrow from @pianoman’s neck of the woods. I’m going to have to stop in tomorrow and at least try what’s on draft but hell, I’ll probably get a bottle of each since Jester King has been on my list of beers to try. Ugh I shouldn’t... the struggle is real!
