It’s not bad... but definitely there. You can taste the sweetness and clove in the beginning then it finishes with the banana.

Thanks! I have had trouble getting the ester profile I wanted in previous batches. I ended up intentionally underpitching the yeast and this time, I think I finally nailed it!

What's the temp up your way TG? It was 109 degrees in "downtown" Nipomo this afternoon. The same time, two miles away it was 84 degrees at my house. That's life on the Central Coast.

It hit 100 today briefly. I have a friend staying over tomorrow night, and I sent him a picture showing the temps inside and outside (cool InkBird thermometer). It was 83 inside at 349pm...last time I checked, it was 83 inside and that was maybe 30min ago. Love these old houses...hate these old houses.
