Rooibos hard cider
I ran the cider through a bed of leaves four times to pull some flavor from them. It's quite nice...a little bready or biscuit.
I may do a micro batch to see how it comes out.

Think it’s 100% Nelson Sauvin. Love the hop, but that beer wasn’t my favorite.
Still good, but not mind blowing
