2lbs of cherry smoked. It is very subtle in the taste but pairs well with the tart citrusy flavor from the 3724 yeast.
Fruit woods are nice mellow woods for a soft smoke taste.

I've done straight up apple and a cherry, maple, hickory blend last fall. The blend was very bacon-like in a brown ale. Apple was a sweet smoke bomb in classic rauchbiers. Did 40-50% rauch malt in those.

Doing pistachio and peanut smoked malts in something soon. I have an Irish Red with a few pounds of pistachio rauch malt fermenting now.

That was what I was looking for. Pistachio malt in a red sounds interesting.

The glass says it all. Hag

Extra Hb robust Porter that wouldn’t fit in keg. Wife thinks I’m crazy for drinking flat beer. But why pour it out???? That would be the crazy thing to do!!!
Sh!t...why even use the glass. Got a pic of my granddaughter drinking right out of the bucket!

Got to love the BOGO at Publix decent IPA for the price! Also, watching my starter take off on the plate for my imperial pumpkin Stout [emoji3]
