My Own Oak Smoked Pale Ale. Half wheat half pilsner, oak smoked on my Charbroil Cabinet Smoker. Hopped with two oz of Saaz. Served in a Rickards Red Glass.

I’ve never been to that lake specifically, but that’s a very beautiful area of the state. I used to get to Cooperstown regularly when I worked at IBM. The Baseball HOF was one of my customers I’d visit. And if I happened to be there when my work day ended I’d stop at Ommegang.
