HB El Dorado Pale Ale. Brewed it a real long time ago (like a year or so), but it’s held up alright

two pints of my black IPA, now trying my first glass of nutcastle brown ale... a little under carbed, but nice and clean. I started brewing with sparklets (we get it delivered) and I think I need to start thinking about brew water adjustments. Since sparklets (from what I have ready practically RO), these beers are super clean, like too clean and needs more character.
