I rarely bother with FG readings but this was a new yeast for me.
Esters and phenolics aren't quite as bold as when using wy3787 but it'll do...

Hmmm, you'd think that because this is the Home Brew Talk forum that you guys would be enjoying some home brew instead of all these commercial beers. Btw, I just opened a "brew day clean-up" brew....yep, you guessed it, another nectar of the Gods aka Caribou Slobber. Love this stuff :mug:

Although I can't speak for Remmy, any time I'd have the chance to drink Sip of Sunshine (which was only twice), I'd be all over it!! :mug:
