Cherry (laminate) due to the moisture content down there. Floor has pavers, plywood, underlayment followed by the laminate planks.

First taste of my tripel. Spicy with a little banana and a little alcohol heat. Thanks to Wyeast 3787 attenuating much better than predicted it finished at 9.5% ABV instead of 8% ABV that the recipe predicted. Pretty good but still need some time. I think the bottle makes it taste at least 10% better

Drinking a bomber of what was supposed to be my HB Arrogant Bastard clone, but since I didn't use the right hops it's just a Columbus/Chinook strong ale. 9.something %

It's not very good, and I probably won't be making the AB clone recipe anymore, there's too much crystal malt in there for my tastes

Not far from the truth right now. Throat has hurt so bad that apple juice burned. Whiskey was my answer to being out of NyQuil! Worked just as good.
