Got myself a little xmas gift on lunch:

Drinking a glass of my first ESB, turned out pretty good. Very smooth, almost to soft of a mouth feel, could use just a tad more carbonation tingle on the tongue. Very clear with no use of clarifiers just 3 weeks in primary to condition. Notice the picket fence and tree line through the glass. Nice medium fine head. Good malt flavor. Maybe if I was drinking it cold it would help with the tongue tingle Id like to have, its at 68 room temp right now...could not wait any longer.
