neither would MN. I'm all in favor of a HBT Punk & skin meet up. we can all meet up, share brews, and swap stories. I just feel sorry for what ever town we invade. I know what we call can be like. I really do think we all should set something up sometime.

Whatever local county lockup would be invaded by the most finely crafted toilet wine they've ever seen. That's for sure.

I'm in. Someone organize this. Vegas is usually cheap...

Drinking a fresh hop quaffer. Luckily it's not cold here near Portland, so I didn't get the memo yet on it being Stout season.

5% ABV, 100% Marris Otter
Used an ounce of Centennials to bitter to 35IBU
Whirlpooled with a bunch of wet Cascades (Went up to about the 3gal mark in a 5g bucket)

It's not totally carbed yet, but still pretty delicious. Wish I had vac-packed some of the wet hops and froze 'em for dry hopping. Ended up using more Centennial pellets in the keg to kick it up a notch.

Mind posting a picture of your tap? When I run a forth tap I have a picnic, wouldn't mind having a regular tap setup like it looks like you have.
Next pull of course:D

Mind posting a picture of your tap?

Certainly!

It's a Perlick 650SS - the flow control model. It works awesome!

I'm currently redesigning my entire brew setup to be as easy as possible in all regards -- brewing, cleaning, etc. Hated cleaning tap lines, so I bought these flow-controls and the chico post adapters. With the flow-control all the way down I don't get any head. Can turn it up a tad and get the perfect amount -- all without having to balance with 10ft of hose! Love it.

Hah, good on the anti-nazi... I wasn't sure if I needed to leave this thread or not. Question -- what's a skinhead in your terms? To me that just brings up images of Edward Norton curbstomping people...

So the chico post adapters fit between the tap and the keg post? Source?

I was just thinking about asking you two to define skinhead.

It could go either way in my esteem.

Working class mug with an eye for fashion (looking hard and smart) and a taste for street punk, 2 tone ska, reggae, and/or soul.

As far as I'm concerned, Nazis stole our fashion and ruined our reputation, and anyone who knows the roots of the culture knows it's from immigration and mixing of races (Jamaicans coming into the UK bringing ska and reggae and rude boy culture with them, which merged with Mods to form skinheads). So Nazis can't be skins in my book. But I'm also not naive enough to deny that there have always been racist elements, even amongst early black skins. But every one of em deserves a proper hiding in my book.

But at the same time, I'm a little more old school in my fashion sense than others, and honestly a lot of folks don't pick up on it.

Drinking water. May have another pint before bed. Too many floccing clouds. It's a disappointment.
