Yeah, I'm waiting on mine to get ready and I have a SNPA and maybe a Shiner left. Long story short I'm drinking flat HB.
You have Pliny.
You have Pliny.
I remember those days. I wouldn't be too down on myself if I was drinking a Pliny, though.
I'm two beer away from having a buzz. I might make it one and have an 11% abv tripel.

Yea, maybe come Christmas time, -- when I've moved and hopefully have a job lined up -- I'll step it up with a chest cooler for fermenting, a keg or two, and a co2 tank.
My first beer never carbed, and I drank them all. It wasn't great
I think it was mostly because the kit was for a 10% beer and I didn't add the full amount of water. So it was even higher og and abv. Stressed the yeast and they stopped working around 9.5-10%(U.S.-05), and then when bottling time came they didn't want to do s**t. Since then I've just pitched two packets for anything over 1.070 OG, and it's been a lot better experience.
On the subject of Pliny though, I may be going to Russian River soon, and may have some available for trade if either of you are interested.
Nice Helles ... named after a ride at Cedar Point.

I'd trade you, but I'm not chasing whales for you. Figure out some TX stuff you like and I might go 4 to 1. If that. Beer is just beer. 90% sure I like my beer more than any beer I've ever had.
I'm down for some home brew, probably more than Texas beers.
The only beers I really want to try are heady topper, some 3 floyds, and westvleteren 12. I'm sure I'll find more I want, but I'm not trying to hunt things down, or chasing whales as you say.

Psst. "Yellow Rose". Thank me later.
Those three are so far out of my reach.
Only 80 more cases of Gandhi Bot are left. :tear:
