Damn my garage is a disaster.

It's 8% plus whatever 5lbs of cherries added in terms of fermentables. My garage looks a mess right now as well. My kitchen remodel is nearly done can't wait to have everything back in order. Pitch the dregs from that quad into your beer it was fermented with Wyeast Roeselare blend, plus multiple jolly pumpkin and russian river bottle dregs

Probably not enough time to make a difference, but there's probably not enough in bottle dregs to get going soon enough to be a good plan. I'd pitch both at the same time personally. And then continue to feed with bottle dregs every so often.

Any of you guys ever have GI's Fluer? I picked up a bottle of 2011 vintage for two bucks today, don't know if it was a score or a gag gift for one of you drunks.

I have a 2 year old and a 37 week pregnant wife! What was your excuse??!! Ah hell brewing is relaxing as **** anyways. It's just fun to listen to some good music and have a few beers without being bugged. Plus now my Saturday is totally free as long as I don't wake up with a hangover.

I'm brewing a wet hop ipa wednesday night those fresh hops made my car smell like a pizza shop. Very oniony, garlicy smell so I'm a little concerned but I'm going to give it a go anyways. We'll see how it turns out.

I used my hops and brewed a pale last year and it tasted like it smelled....pickles. I think I froze them too fresh and they got a little funky. I didn't even pick this years bounty before we moved. I think it was my fault though. I'd like to have a true wet hop ale and see how it differs.
